Whew!!! Listennnnnn!!! This was THE BEST WAY to return to Warriors! Y’all, ALICIA JAY @tallswag is a FORCE!! With grace, humility, truth, and power, Alicia hit the Warrior stage with hard facts to empower ANYONE on the journey. After turning 40 in COVID, Alicia found new employment that offered a $5000 Fertiity credit. But she didn’t stop there, she ASKED QUESTIONS to every health provider she could find until she found additional resources AND a clinic to partner with on her egg freezing journey! Alicia provided us with websites that offer financial assistance for medication costs for egg freezing. Pass this episode along and I will leave the website info here and on our Warrior website! Talk about faith AND works!! She DID THAT! While explaining her vulnerabilities, her hard talks with God, and the feeling of empowerment to learning her path, Alicia reminded us that there are many ways to be a motherhood. And on her retrieval day, after hearing an encouraging number, Alicia and her mother privately prayed for the woman beside her that wasn’t able to hear that same news.
